Strawberry Peach Delight

Here is a really easy, yummy dessert that I made today!  So good!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 bag marshmallows
  • 2 cups graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 4 – 5 large peaches
  • 1 small container Strawberry Cool Whip

Melt the milk and marshmallows together and set to cool.  Mix together the crushed graham crackers, and the butter.  Press into a 9-inch square pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes.  Cool.

Dice peaches, then add to marshmallow mixture.  Stir in Cool Whip.  Pour into crust and refrigerate until firm.

  2. Hey there… that looks good. Except we don’t use marshmallows anymore… they are not at all healthy. :) But it looks very good.

      • Here is a orange jello salad that has always been a hit in our family and easy to make.

        Mandarin Orange Jello Salad

        1 large or 2 small pkgs. of orange jello
        2 large cans of mandarin oranges drained
        1 pint of orange sherbet

        Boil 2 cups water and mandarin juice to
        make 2 cups. Add to jello and stir til
        disolved. Add the frozen sherbet and stir
        until all is melted. Add oranges and pour
        into mold. When ready to serve remove
        onto plate. Garnish with greens and
        orange slices.
